Throughout this past month, the star Kendrick Lamar has won 5 grammys on his famous hit
“Not like us”. That was aimed at Drake and surprised a bunch of fans during the 2025 superbowl on our screens sunday.
In spring 2024, Kendrick Lamar and Drake released personal and brutal diss tracks towards each other, talking about each other’s personal lives and other sensitive subjects. It wasn’t until Lamar dropped his best hit “ Not like us” that blew up overnight and even caused debates between kendrick and drake fans about the song. In a lot of fans’ eyes they ultimately decided Kendrick had won, which caused Drake tons of hate.
When fans soon found out that Kendrick Lamar was performing at the Superbowl, they then started to speculate if Kendrick was going to sing “ Not like us” during the performance because of the Lawsuit that’s ongoing between the two. Fans were already rowdy about the two because of the recent 2025 Grammy awards.
“Very much alive” Drake says to his audience after the news of Kendrick taking home 5 Grammys.
Fans noticed the shade that Kendrick threw at Drake during the Grammys as he went up to get his award for his latest hit “ Not like us” it was also playing in the background and everyone in the crowd singing his famous lyrics “ certified lover boy, certified pedophile” Drake never denied the allegations towards him and instead filed the Lawsuit against Kendrick.
Later on fans turned to social media and started a trolling trend towards Drake “ Check on drake.” Because of how mad Drake might’ve been watching Kendrick’s get back play out on live TV, and the radios etc.
“I want to perform their favorite song, but you know they love to sue.” Says the rapper Kendrick.
Near the end of his performance Kendrick surprised the audience by still singing “ Not like Us” during the show, which had the whole world shocked!
“I was surprised when I realized Kendrick was actually going to play the song, that was a dope move!” mom says.
The artist looked straight into the camera and emphasized his lyrics “ Say Drake, I hear you like them young.” with a grin on his face that made everyone watching live jaws drop.
While the rapper was trying to avoid the word
“ Pedophile” The audience helped him out with that one by all of them yelling the most famous line “ And it’s probably a minorrrr.”
Kendrick Lamar decided to surprise the audience 10x more by bringing out Serena Williams during his performance. Serena was believed to be dating Drake back in early 2011. Drake made a song about Serena 2013 called
“Worst Behavior” and also made comments on Serena’s new husband in 2022 with his song called “ Middle of the Ocean.”
As Kendrick rapped the line “ Better not speak on Serena” the camera turned to the famous tennis player, which those who knew the history were impressed and surprised with the not so stubble shade thrown.
“If I’ve learned anything this year, it’s that none of us, not a single one of us, not even me, should ever pick a fight with Kendrick Lamar.” Serena said before breaking out dancing with Kendrick. – Serena Williams
